As a partner to firms in architecture, engineering and construction (A/E/C), Word Coop takes technical information and makes it accessible—and compelling—to clients. A good proposal complies with the RFP and is error free. A great proposal is tailored to the client’s specific needs and tells the story of why your firm is best suited for the job.

"Not only does Word Coop uncover the value proposition of a firm toward its customer, they reflect it in the right light to connect with the customer."

editing & content

At Word Coop, editing and content generation go hand in hand. Catching errors is essential, but uncovering the story waiting to be told is at the center of our editorial process. Depending on your schedule and budget, Word Coop can create copy or provide revisions to drafts that go beyond grammar checks and bring your stories to life.

workshops

Word Coop recognizes that everyone is a storyteller. But the art of writing convincing, professional narratives takes practice. Word Coop offers individual mentoring and group workshops designed to inspire confidence, emphasize the importance of client focus, and refresh your writing skills.

"The workshop was beautifully tailored to our industry and applied to every way we write!"

rebecca hall
a/e/c specialist

With graduate degrees in both architecture and creative writing, Rebecca Hall is an artist with an engineer’s precision. Whether considering the structure of a building or the structure of a sentence, she balances accuracy with creativity to make the greatest impact.

Since 2009, Rebecca has worked primarily with engineers and architects in the construction industry to craft convincing and compliant responses to requests for proposals (RFPs). She takes the same approach to an RFP for a billion dollar public-private partnership as for a small addition to a local museum: as an integrated team member, she strives to uncover—and then to tell—the story that sets her clients apart from their competitors.
